With a background that includes leadership roles at renowned organisations such as The Harley Medical Group, REAL Battersea Clinic, and most recently the London Regenerative Institute, Ana brings a uniquely strategic and patient-focused approach to the day-to-day running of our clinic.
Her responsibilities have spanned everything from CQC compliance, staff training, theatre coordination, and high-end client care, to overseeing finance, procurement, audits, and team leadership. Ana is known for her calm professionalism, operational precision, and unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional patient journey—from initial enquiry to post-treatment care.
With strong communication skills and a background in both clinical management and aesthetics, Ana is a vital point of contact for patients and practitioners alike, ensuring smooth, efficient, and personalised service at every stage.
